MANILA, Philippines — The shear line and the northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring cloudy skies and rain to parts of Luzon while fair weather is expected in Metro Manila, the Visayas and Mindanao on Sunday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In an early morning update, Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said cloudy skies and rains are expected in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
